Mac DeMarco et les Flaming Lips s’unissent pour un EP de reprises

Le prochain projet de Mac DeMarco sera un EP partagé avec The Flaming Lips. L’idée ? Le groupe travaillera sur trois morceaux du musicien, tandis que Mac DeMarco reprendra trois chansons des Flaming Lips. Le chanteur du groupe, Wayne Cole, a annoncé la nouvelle sur son Instagram ce mardi 29 août.

La bande a d’ores et déjà commencé en s’attaquant au titre “Chamber of Reflection”, issu de l’album Salad Days du Canadien. L’EP sortira certainement au cours de leur tournée, déjà commune, qui se termine fin novembre.
